With rescission of the Fair Pay and Safe Workplace Act, the April 19th TGIC training session at TCC-ATC, 0830-1100, will now focus on Discipline and Discharge, but also include an open forum for questions and discussion in all areas of labor law including Discrimination and Answering EEOC Charges, Americans With Disabilities Act, Workplace Safety and Responding to VOSH Citations, Winning Unemployment Compensation Cases, Investigating Employee Misconduct, Workplace Harassment, Fair Labor Standards Act (not including Davis-Bacon), and Handling Employee Absences Including Family and Medical Leave.
Recommended for all Government and Industry Contracting Professionals as well as technical customers responsible for contract requirements, proposal evaluation, and subsequent contract management including and especially Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities.
This session will be conducted by Mr. Bob Barry of Kaufman & Canoles, with audience questions and lively interaction among the presenters and you on strictly a non-attribution basis.
