The Safer Workforce Task Force published its much-anticipated guidance clarifying Executive Order 14042 on "Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors", which was issued September 9, 2021.

Importantly, this Guidance impacts EVERY Government Contractor and sets out exacting requirements for Vaccinations, Exemptions, and other Safety Protocols related to COVID-19.

Join Employment Attorney Sara Tandy (from ReavesColey PLLC) on November 17th for an in-depth webinar that answers the following questions and more, including yours:

  • What are the NEW Compliance Requirements for Vaccinations?
  • Who is a "Covered Employer" who are "Covered Employees"?
  • Who is required to be vaccinated?
  • What about on-site vs. remote employees?
  • When do these requirements go into effect?
  • What exceptions are there to vaccine requirements?
  • What about religious and medical accommodations?
  • Can employees who refuse vaccinations be terminated?
  • Are testing protocols still allowed?
  • What masking and distancing Rules apply?
  • What flow-down requirements exist for subcontractors?  Which tiers?
  • What about Manufacturers?
  • Will Contractors be audited for compliance?

In this training, Sara will explain the new guidance in plain language, and provide Government Contractor Employers with what they need to know to implement the appropriate policies to comply with the requirements of the Executive Order.  Importantly, the session will close with an extended Q&A session.
