This webinar will provide essential guidance for small business government contractors on navigating the sometimes-complex legal landscape of teaming agreements and joint ventures in federal contracting. • Teaming agreement enforceability considerations.
• Teaming agreements vs. joint ventures: pros and cons of each approach.
• Joint ventures generally and use under SBA set-aside programs.
• Structuring joint ventures compliant with SBA program requirements including key required terms and use of joint ventures under the SBA’s All-Small Mentor Protégé Program.
