Survey: Multi-Sector and Public-Private Partnerships

Our friend and colleague, Colonel (Retired) Paul B. Olsen, former Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, is pursuing his Ph.D. research focused on improving the effectiveness of Multi-Sector and Public-Private Partnerships (MSPs/PPPs). As many of us know, fewer than 40% of these partnerships achieve their intended outcomes, underscoring the importance of this study to our professional community.

We respectfully invite you to support Paul’s research by participating in his brief survey, which seeks to better understand the factors that lead to successful partnerships.
