What: Managing Your Government Contracting Pipeline

This third installment of the series, Managing Your Government Contracting Pipeline, focuses on making sure that your pipeline is alive and healthy. All the opportunities must go through regular reviews and move through capture phases to increase your probability of winning (Pwin). This class covers techniques that help ensure that your pipeline is not a pipe dream, starting with the meeting rhythm and agenda to review your pipeline and ending with the steps you would need to take to move each opportunity forward, or remove it from your pipeline. The end goal of this course is to give you a workable plan that leads you to reach your desired growth goals.
